Bomaderry is one of our Supported Independent Living (SIL) services, home to five male clients living within a large shared residence.
We are currently seeking two experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team on a permanent part-time contracts to deliver tailored support to five male clients living with acquired brain injuries who present with behaviours that challenge, associated with complex mental health. We welcome applicants who are confident and comfortable working closely with male clients in a personalised high-care support setting.

This role:
- Champion choice and control and and enjoy supporting clients with their daily routines, goals, and interests
- Adhere to BIS/Care plans confidently, including restrictive practices as directed by clinical teams
- Demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering person-centred support in a complex or physically demanding environment.
- Provide high‑care and personal support with dignity and respect at all times.
- Encourage capacity building, hygiene, safe relationships, domestic duties, and community participation.
- Be highly competent in computer/ IT skills and thorough report writing!
Some of our requirements:
We are aware there are quite a few compliance checks (listed below) for this role however, what’s important to us is that you have regular access to your own car and a P2 NSW Drivers License or higher and availability to work the attached roster.
