About Your Role
Reporting to the Enterprise Delivery Manager, you will be the strategic driver of insights and requirements – driving accountability, clarity and momentum across the full project lifecycle.
Your Key Focus
- Document clear and concise business requirements, user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria
- Lead requirements elicitation through workshops, interviews and stakeholder engagement activities to identify requirements that will resolve business
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders to support outcomes
- Prepare documentation such as business cases, functional specifications, process maps and training materials
- Validate proposed solutions to ensure they meet business needs and align with organisational objectives
What We Look For
- Bachelor (or above) in Business, IT or related field
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis across the full project lifecycle within a structured PMO or ePMO environment
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the business
- Proven ability to ensure alignment between business requirements and project outcomes to ensure delivered solutions meet intended benefits
- Proficiency in Business Analysis tools and methodology (BPMN, Lean Six Sigma, Signavio, Power BI, Monday.com)
The role can be based out of either our Hawthorn (Vic) or Kingsgrove (NSW) Office based on a hybrid (3 day a week on-site) model working arrangement.
