About Your Role

Scope has a new and exciting opportunity for a Change Manager to work within our Transformation Office.

Reporting to the Enterprise Change Manager, you will work closely with project teams and stakeholders to deliver the change activities outlines in the project plan.

You will also be responsible for designing and implementing change management strategies that enable smooth transitions for staff as new systems, processes, and ways of working are introduced across the organisation.

Your Key Focus

• Assess change impacts, identify risks and develop practical solutions to minimise disruptions
• Develop clear, targeted messaging to build awareness, understanding and commitment to change initiatives
• Act as a key link between project teams and frontline staff
• Facilitate workshops and forums to co-design and validate change approaches
• Prepare concise reports and presentations on change progress, readiness, risks and mitigation actions fort key stakeholders

What We Look For

• Proven experience applying human-centred and agile approaches to manage change across business processes and systems
• Demonstrated ability to lead engagement and training initiatives
• Solif understanding and application of Prosci’s ADKAR Model
• Demonstrated experience contributing to the development and enhancement of change management frameworks, tools and processes
• Exceptional stakeholder management
