We’re Hiring: Crew Coordinator – Contract Services

Are you hands-on, organised, and passionate about helping others succeed? This is your chance to lead a team and make a difference every day.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead & Support: Coordinate a crew of supported and non-supported employees delivering property maintenance services.
• Mentor & Train: Build skills and confidence for team members facing employment barriers.
• Get Involved: Roll up your sleeves for landscaping, cleaning, painting, test & tag, and more.
• Safety First: Champion safe work practices and compliance.
• Drive Results: Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

What We’re Looking For:

• Expertise in landscaping/grounds maintenance plus experience in cleaning, painting, property maintenance, or test & tag.
• Hands-on skills and ability to operate commercial equipment (ride-on mowers, pressure washers, etc.).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Compliance-ready: NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, First Aid, driver’s licence, and eligibility to work in Australia.
