About Your Role

Scope has a new and exciting opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst to work within our Strategy & Impact Division.

Reporting to the Head of New Business, you play a critical role in evaluation potential New Business including Merger and Acquisition opportunities.

In addition, you will assist the Head of New Business to identify opportunities, undertaking in-depth financial and non-financial analysis of target entities.

Your Key Focus

• Assist with development and implementation of Scope’s overall New Business and Merger & Acquisition strategy to drive growth
• Identify new service lines, potential merger/ acquisition targets
• Undertake evaluation of target companies, including financial, operational, industrial relations, IT and cultural aspects
• Communicating with and coordinating various senior internal and external stakeholders – including SLT/ ELT

What We Look For

• Exceptional proficiency in financial modelling, valuation and scenario analysis
• Qualified Chartered Accountant membership
• Strong understanding of industrial awards (preferably in disability sector)
• Understanding of the NDIS business models
• Proven ability to step into a leadership position and manage internal and external stakeholders  
• Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Merger & Acquisition will be highly beneficial
