About Your Role
Scope has a new, exciting and unique opportunity for a Supported Independent Living (SIL) Practice Consultant based in Victoria to work within our Operations Team.
Reporting to the Practice Manager will work within a small team leading the roll out of Scope’s SIL Practice Model Pilot, which is designed to enhance Person entered Active Support and Practice Leadership.
Your Key Focus
Manage and practice initiatives for a portfolio of frontline services that are in line with the organisation’s strategy
Lead routine reviews of frontline services
Ensure service delivery provided by frontline teams is aligned to the Scope Practice Framework
Establish and support systems to regularly collect staff satisfaction
Provide practice related training to Frontline teams, leaders and managers where required
What We Look For
Experience operating in a leadership level within SIL environment
Experience with behaviour support, complex healthcare needs and trauma
Confident in presenting and running training sessions
Demonstrated understanding of the disability sector and challenges faces by frontline teams
