About Your Role
Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a People Partner (Rostering) to work within our People Team.
In this role you will be responsible for supporting Senior Managers and Operational Managers with the implementation of rosters for support workers in a sensitive, complex and regulated environment.
List the main responsibilities within the Position Description.
Provide input to management decisions, projects and business plans
Provide leadership and advice on industrial/ employment relation matters
Support operational leaders through consultations with affected employees
Manage disputes and grievances
Support implementation of employee lifecycle process
What We Look For
Experience with interpreting SCHADS and/ or other awards
Proven experience supporting operational leaders and employees with disputes and grievances
Proven experience with consultation, redeployment and redundancy within the Community Sector
Ability to travel between metro Melbourne and Regional Victoria
Strong ability to problem solve and take initiative
