About Your Role
Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a New Housing Coordinator to work within our Strategy Team.
In this exciting new role, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of new Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) homes across Scope. You will play a pivotal role in planning and execution of home builds, partnership development and client placement.
Your Key Focus
Manage day-to-day coordination of housing projects with SDA providers
Work with legal and property teams to ensure compliance of collaboration agreements and SDA standards
Collaborate with internal teams to assess client placements and facilitate smooth transitions
Support the “New Housing” Manager to improve and optimise housing development processes
What We Look For
Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills
Experience in project management within the Community and/ or Disability Sector
Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects or housing developments
Ability to occasionally travel between sites as required
Strong time management skills
