We are seeking a Coordinator for a Full-Time, 6-month Fixed Term Contract at Traralgon

Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), social connections, lifestyle options, therapy and employment services in over 420 service locations across Victoria and NSW.

Demonstrated experience in behaviour support and high-intensity support is essential to successfully supporting the customers who live in this home
Confident and resilient in working with people with complex needs, including behaviours of concern and high physical support
Experience managing medical needs such as catheter care
Strong communication and leadership skills to guide a team of 6–7 permanent staff and a large pool of casuals
Experience in rostering large teams and managing staff competencies and compliance
Confident in performance management and not afraid to have difficult conversations when required
Maintains strong professional boundaries and adapts well to different working styles and personalities
Advocates for the people we support, their families/carers, and other key stakeholders through genuine rapport and understanding
Facilitates change and drives continuous improvement aligned with Scope’s values and vision
Exposure to NDIS and DSOA funding and frameworks is essential
Previous leadership or management experience within the disability sector is desirable

To be successful in this role you must have or be willing to obtain:
Valid Drivers Licence
NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee)
Current Level 1 First Aid & CPR Certificate
Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years
