About Your Role

Scope has a new and exciting opportunity for a System Analyst.

Reporting to the Client Systems Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Client Management Systems (CMS) product team by enabling high quality solution design, requirements validation and ongoing system optimisation across the suite of current and future state CMS systems.

Your Key Focus

• Partner with ICT on integrations and data flows, monitor interfaces and assist with incident response
• Administer and configure client management systems within guardrails
• Contribute to the client management systems roadmap and value based prioritisation aligned to organisational strategy
• Pilot and evaluate new features and capabilities
• Contribute to project delivery; scoping, estimates, schedules, risks/ issues and benefits tracking

What We Look For

• Proven experience in configuration of Salesforce – Client Management/ Workforce Management/ CRM
• Strong ability to utalise and navigate PowerBI in production of reports and enhanced dashboards
• Proven experience managing defects and supporting go-lives
• Strong technical knowledge of system architecture and system integration
• Understanding of ITIL service management
• Experience within the Transformational/ Change context will be highly desirable
