About Your Role

Scope has a new and exciting opportunity for a Leadership Enablement Specialist.

This exciting new opportunity plays a key role in developing and deliver the Irene Kwong Academy, a learning program designed to uplift and build confidence of frontline leaders.

The role focuses on implementation and continuous improvement of the Academy, which will launch in July 2026 with regular training sessions delivered in partnership with SMEs across the organisation.

Your Key Focus

• Enhance front line leader skills to improve productivity and efficiency
• Work closely with SMEs and Operations liaison to develop and deliver content
• Support the development of the launch campaign and awareness activities for the Irene Kwong Academy ahead of its launch
• Develop and deliver ongoing communications and engagement material to build awareness, understanding and advocacy for the academy internally and externally
• Support onboarding and BAU forums for Change Coaches; curate agendas, materials, actions and decisions

What We Look For

• Proven experience within Organisational Development and ELT Change Management
• Demonstrated experience in facilitation and providing guidance on facilitation
• Ability to translate strategic direction into clear, practical actions
• Strong coordination and project delivery skills, with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and schedules
• Experience in building effective relationships across the business and ability to influence, coach and collaborate at all levels
