About Your Role

Scope has a new and exciting opportunity for an Engagement Analytics Specialist.

Reporting to the Manager of Engagement & Culture, you will play a key role in enabling insight and action to drive a culture where Scope’s people feel engaged.

This role will support the mobilisation and ongoing management of Scope’s Engagement Analytics Program, which introduces new ways of working and tooling for organisation-wide culture surveys, engagement and project pulse checks.  

Your Key Focus

• Coordinate and execute engagement and culture surveys, including the co-design of questions
• Maintain a central enterprise engagement and culture survey calendar to enable visibility, and coordinate activity within the People function, Operations and other functions
• Ensure that accessible, contextualized insights are available to leaders at all levels
• Partner with Change Managers to guide the design and delivery of consistent change readiness, sentiment and adoption surveys for key transformation initiatives
• Support Leaders in utalising the Action Dashboard, to track planned action to address engagement insights and providing best-practice guidance

What We Look For

• Proven experience in using data to drive action/ initiatives
• Demonstrated experience using culture/ engagement platforms (Culture Amp/ Qualtrics)
• Demonstrated ability to build trusting relationships across complex organisations
• Demonstrated experience in facilitating and coaching ELT and SLT
• Strong project management and coordination skills and managing multiple activities simultaneously
