Expression of Interest – Operations Manager (DDSO5)

Operations Managers oversee multiple residential services, providing leadership to dedicated teams and ensuring high-quality, person-centred support for the people we serve.

Position Details

• Work Location: Scope office location
• Division: VIC Accommodation Services (Northeast Metro / Northeast Regional / South / West)
• Employment Type: Fixed Term or Permanent
• Hours: 76 hours per fortnight
• Classification: DDSO5

About You

• Proven leadership experience in the disability or community sector, with strong team-development and accountability skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage respectfully and effectively across teams and stakeholders
• A values-driven approach, with the ability to motivate and support teams through growth and change
• Experience in client acquisition, intake, and retention, ensuring a positive customer experience
• A hands-on leadership style – this is a non-hybrid role requiring site visits at least once per fortnight
• Experience supporting individuals with behaviours of concern and strong knowledge of positive behaviour support
• Confidence in leading through organisational change while maintaining team engagement
• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to build strong internal partnerships
• A completed Advanced Diploma of Disability, a Bachelor of Applied Science (Disability), or equivalent is required for this role
