For more than 20 years, our Communication & Inclusion Resource Centre (CIRC) has led national efforts to empower people with communication disability and/or low literacy. Our team brings together speech pathologists, access consultants, educators, project managers, people with disabilities and more collaborating to create communities where everyone has a voice.

 What You’ll Lead and Shape

As our new Sales Manager, you will:

  • Lead sales growth and establish and nurture customer relationships
  • Drive market expansion and revenue opportunities
  • Shape and refine customer journeys
  • Build powerful, trusted stakeholder networks
  • Lead innovation and continuous improvement
  • Coach and mentor others to grow commercial capability

Who You Are

You’re a driven, commercially‑savvy leader who thrives in fast‑moving environments.
You know how to:

  • Craft and execute strong sales strategies

Experience in disability, community services or not‑for‑profits is beneficial—but your ability to adapt, learn and lead is critical to the success of this role.

For more than two decades, Communication & Inclusion Resource Centre has been a national leader in communication access and a trusted provider of services for people with communication disabilities. We work across sectors with corporate and community organisations, but also with families, educators and therapists to build capacity and ensure people with communication disability and/or low literacy can participate fully and be heard.

Please note, successful applicants will be required to hold a NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and a Working with Children Check. If you have lived or worked for a continuous period of 12 months or more in another country within the last 10 years, a certified International Police Check from that country or countries will also be required. Please note that the offer will be conditional on meeting these requirements.
