About Your Role

Scope has a new and exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager within our Communication Inclusion Resource Centre (CIRC).

Reporting to the General Manager of CIRC, you will play a key role within the department and have accountability for ensuring provision of high-quality customer service, a responsive mindset to customer enquiries and leading sales growth.

Your Key Focus

  • Proactively engage with and genuinely listen to customers, teams and peers to inform the optimisation and delivery of CIRC products and services
  • Drive market expansion and revenue opportunities
  • Lead innovation and continuous improvement
  • Engage, navigate and harness diverse stakeholder networks to generate and realise sales opportunities
  • Contribute to the sales pipeline and forecasts, wins and risks inputs for monthly and financial reporting as requested
  • Coach and mentor others to grow commercial capability

What We Look For

  • Strong experience in leadership; including leading and/ or coaching others to deliver related services
  • Significant sales experience and demonstration of marked success in sales and growth
  • Demonstrated experience in optimising revenue generating opportunities
  • Operating in the disability services and/ or a related sector would be advantageous
  • A depth of demonstrated administrative, commercial and customer services experience
  • Considerable experience in engaging others and working collaboratively to act fast and decisively
