About You:

  • Demonstrated experience in the disability sector, including supporting individuals with behaviours of concern
  • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to lead and support a diverse community-based team
  • A strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and positive service outcomes
  • Confidence in leading teams through change and adapting quickly to new situations
  • Ability to stay calm, flexible, and solutions‑focused in a variety of circumstances
  • A Full Victorian Driver Licence
  • An Advanced Diploma of Disability (or equivalence) is required for this role

As a Disability Support Worker in one of our services you will work with a team on and off-site of specialists with one common purpose – is to create meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive.

We act bravely 

To be successful in this role you must have or be willing to obtain:

  • Qualification requirement - Advanced Diploma of Disability (or equivalence
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee)
  • Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years
