At Scope, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to belong and thrive. Every day, we support people with disability to live the life they choose through a range of services across Victoria and New South Wales.

We're looking for a Portfolio Governance Lead (ePMO) to join our Transformation Management Office and play a key role in improving how projects are governed, delivered, tracked and measured across the organisation.

If you enjoy working with stakeholders, strengthening governance, making data meaningful, and helping teams deliver better outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

You will champion Scope's project governance framework, support business case development and benefits realisation, enhance reporting and portfolio insights, and optimise our enterprise project management platform.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining governance, stakeholder engagement, continuous improvement and technology to help teams deliver successful outcomes.

In this role, you will:

  • Champion and embed Scope's project governance framework across the organisation.
  • Support leaders and project teams to establish effective governance, reporting and benefits management practices.
  • Improve portfolio visibility and decision-making through quality reporting and insights.
  • Drive continuous improvement across governance processes and project delivery practices.
  • Optimise enterprise project management tools and reporting capabilities.
  • Build capability by coaching and supporting project teams and stakeholders.
