About Scope
Looking for work with real purpose?
Scope’s purpose is to create meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive.
Every day, we work alongside people with disability to create more inclusive communities and empower people to live the life they choose. Behind that work is a community of generous supporters whose contributions help make it possible.
We're looking for a Fundraising Campaigns Coordinator to help grow that community.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their fundraising career who loves bringing campaigns to life, enjoys working with data, and wants to use their skills to make a genuine difference.
About Your Role
Fundraising Campaigns Coordinator
0.9 FTE | Hybrid working | Hawthorn
Why You'll Love This Role
No two days look quite the same.
One day you might be helping launch a major fundraising appeal, the next you'll be building donor communications, analysing campaign results, or working with colleagues to share powerful stories of impact.
You'll join a collaborative and supportive team that's building something exciting. As Scope continues to grow its fundraising program, you'll have the opportunity to learn, contribute ideas, and develop your skills across a broad range of fundraising and supporter engagement activities.
Your Key Focus
You'll play a key role in delivering fundraising campaigns that connect people to Scope's mission and inspire them to support our work.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating multi-channel fundraising campaigns across direct mail, email, social media and digital platforms
- Supporting our Tax Appeal, Christmas Appeal and regular giving programs
- Creating engaging donor communications and supporter journeys
- Managing campaign data and reporting through Salesforce CRM
- Working with external agencies and suppliers to bring campaigns to life
- Monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Supporting community fundraising and supporter-led initiatives
About You
We're less concerned about having the "perfect" candidate and more interested in finding someone who is enthusiastic, organised and eager to learn.
You'll likely bring:
- Experience in fundraising, marketing or campaign coordination
- Great organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence working with data, finance systems and CRM platforms
- Strong written communication skills
- A collaborative approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves
- A genuine passion for making a positive impact
If you've worked in the not-for-profit sector or have Salesforce experience, that's a bonus, but not essential.
