Operations Manager (DDSO5) – Accommodation Services | Wangaratta
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager (DDSO5) to lead a group of residential services in Wangaratta on a Fixed Term Full time basis until October 2026.
This is a rewarding leadership role where you’ll help shape high‑quality disability support and make a meaningful impact in people’s lives.
About the Role
As an Operations Manager, you will:
- Lead and support teams across multiple residential sites
- Drive person‑centred practice and quality service delivery
- Support client intake, engagement, and retention
- Build strong relationships with staff, clients, families, and stakeholders
- Support PBS practices and service compliance
- Conduct regular onsite visits (non‑hybrid role)
About You
You bring:
- Leadership experience in disability or community services
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- A values‑driven, hands‑on leadership style
- Confidence leading teams through change
- Strong collaboration skills
- An Advanced Diploma of Disability (
or equivalence) is required
