About Your Role

Scope has a new and exciting opportunity for a Client Contracts Manager within our Employment Programs Division.

Reporting to the Senior Manager Intake, you will oversee the creation, management and renewal of client contracts in alignment with legal, regulatory, compliance and funding obligations.

Your Key Focus

• Co-design and advocate for solutions that improve how we acquire, onboard and retain support networks
• Collaborate to build business development and/ or commercial capability across Client Acquisition and Retention
• Engage, navigate and harness diverse stakeholder networks to maintain the fidelity and compliance of the Service Agreement and minimise legal and financial risks through documentation and reviews
• Analyse relevant data, information and requirements and apply commercial acumen and judgement to monitor service and revenue to identify, evaluate and address over/ under utalisation

What We Look For

• Demonstrated experience in audit and/ or contract management
• Expertise in financial and/ or client data analysis with the ability to identify and address discrepancies and / or opportunities for improvement
• Experience in operating in the disability services and/ or related sector would be highly beneficial
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
• Proven ability to interpret and apply policies, business rules and regulations to develop, deliver and optimise services
