Disability Support Worker – Lilydale [Supported Independent Living]

Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), social connections, lifestyle options, therapy and employment services in over 420 service locations across Victoria and NSW.
Position Details
- Position: Disability Support Worker
- Employment type: Permanent part-time roles
- Essential availability: Weekday afternoon/evening shifts (3:00pm–10:00pm), sleepovers, early morning shifts (7:00am–10:00am), and weekend afternoon/evening shifts (3:00pm–10:00pm)
- Work location: Lilydale, VIC

Rostered hours: Permanent fortnightly roster lines ranging from 31.5 to 43 hours per fortnight, offering consistent ongoing hours.
About You
- Experience supporting people with intellectual disabilities, autism, and complex behaviours of concern (BOC)
- Proactive, resilient, and able to remain calm in high-intensity environments
- A strong communicator who can build positive relationships with customers, families, and support networks
- Energetic, engaging, and passionate about helping customers achieve their goals and participate in the community
- Confident providing personal care, medication assistance, and daily living support
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team

You must have or be willing to obtain:
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid and CPR
- VIC Driver’s licence
- International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years
