About Your Role
Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, the Head of Projects and Value Realisation will lead enterprise project governance, planning, delivery, and value optimisation across Scope’s transformation agenda. You will drive alignment between project investment and Scope’s strategic, operational, and financial sustainability priorities—ensuring meaningful outcomes for the people we support and the people who support them.
You’ll be a senior leader at Scope, and play a critical role in building enterprise-wide project governance and delivery capability, embedding best-practice tools and frameworks, and enabling disciplined and impactful delivery of projects.
Your Key Focus
This role is central to how Scope transforms—with purpose, discipline, and impact. You will shape and embed an enterprise-wide approach to business planning, project governance and value realisation. You’ll lead project pipeline prioritisation, automated project management system implementation, and the delivery of strategic and transformational initiatives.
You’ll build and foster a culture of co-design, evidence-based decision-making, and capability uplift—working in partnership with senior leaders, frontline teams and enabling support functions to bring Scope’s vision to life.
What We Look For
You are a senior transformation or project leader with deep experience in enterprise planning, governance, and delivery, augmented with optimised use of technology. You combine technical excellence in project management with strong commercial acumen, a passion for automation and a collaborative, values-driven leadership style.
You’ll bring:
Proven ability to lead enterprise portfolios or PMOs within complex, distributed organisations
Strong capability in embedding governance frameworks and automating project delivery platforms (e.g. Monday.com)
Experience enabling transformation at scale while managing risk, dependencies and value realisation
A commitment to inclusion, accessibility and co-design
A background in disability or human services – or the ability to quickly connect to our purpose
A passion for uplifting capability and maturing organisational project practice
