About Your Role
Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Business Analyst to work within our Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO).
Reporting to the Head of ePMO Delivery, you will identify and document business needs, translate them into actionable project requirements, facilitate stakeholder communication and ensure project outcomes align with business objectives.
Your Key Focus
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyse and document business requirements
Create and maintain project documentation including business cases, process maps and user stories
Support change initiatives by assisting stakeholders understand and adopt new processes or systems
Work closely with Project Managers to ensure alignment between business needs and project deliverables
Evaluate potential risks and impacts of proposed changes or solutions
What We Look For
Strong process mapping skills
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and management
Demonstrated experience in business analyses in cross functional teams and projects
Ability to facilitate and run workshops
BPMN and Lean Six Sigma certification beneficial
Ability to define new systems and IT capability to internal business units
