About Your Role

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Change Manager to work within our Transformation Office.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition for employees, clients, and stakeholders onto the new structure and ways of working. 

Partnering with SMEs and Senior Leaders to understand changes to structure and ways of working and develop plans to bring those changes to life. 

You will also support the roll-out of supporting Scope processes, working closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to streamline operations, implement best practice and ensure alignment.

Your Key Focus

• Design and implement change management strategies to support the successful implementation of new structures and processes
• Conduct impact analyses to help develop and execute the change management strategy and plans, working with project teams and business partners
• Create change management strategies and plans, including training and communication plans
• Develop executive presentations and identify risks and issues relating to change management functions and develop plans to successfully intervene
• Facilitate workshops to ensure stakeholder management

What We Look For

• Minimum of 5 years experience delivering end-to end organisational change management at an enterprise-wide level 
• Proven experience using a human-centred and agile approach to delivering change, including effectively implementing changes involving organisational structure and culture
• Experience with mergers, restructures and implementing new ways of working
• Strong stakeholder engagement
• Understanding of Prosci’s ADKAR model
• Experience creating change management strategies and plans, including engagement, leadership enablement, training and communication plans to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change process
• Passion for social impact and mission-driven values, with a desire to make a difference in the human services sector
