About Your Role

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Crew Coordinator to work within our Contract Services.

The Crew Coordinator manages and supports crew members while coordinating a range of property maintenance activities, ensuring all allocated jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Your Key Focus

• Support and coordinate a team of supported and non-supported employees to deliver a wide range of property maintenance services.
• Train, mentor and encourage team members—particularly those facing barriers to employment—to build capability and confidence in maintenance skills.
• Carry out a variety of hands-on maintenance tasks, including landscaping, cleaning, general labour duties, painting, test and tag, and other activities as required.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety by following all workplace health and safety procedures and promoting safe practices across the team.
• Provide clear, constructive performance feedback to assist employees with skill development and achieving their goals.

Skills, experience, qualifications

• Demonstrated specialist expertise in landscaping/grounds maintenance, with additional experience in at least one other: commercial cleaning, property maintenance, commercial painting, or test and tag.
• Relevant qualifications or solid hands-on experience in property maintenance, landscaping, cleaning, painting, or test and tag.
• Ability to operate commercial equipment, including landscaping machinery (e.g., ride-on mowers) and/or industrial cleaning tools (e.g., steam cleaners, pressure washers).
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-changing, sometimes uncertain environment.
• Meets mandatory compliance requirements, including NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, eligibility to work in Australia, and relevant licences such as First Aid and a driver’s licence.
