We have over 70 years’ experience supporting people with physical, intellectual, and multiple disability and developmental delays across our supported independent living, short-term accommodation and assistance services as well as our Day and Lifestyle Options.
About The Role:
Permanent full-time role located in Lilydale
Demonstrated experience in Mental Health and/or Behaviours of Concern are essential to successfully supporting the customers who live in this home
Demonstrated confidence and resilience in working with people with complex needs
Be an advocate for the people we support, families/carers and other key stakeholders through establishing rapport and understanding
Strong communication and leadership skills to deliver guidance to a team of passionate Disability Support Workers
Facilitate change and drive continuous improvement to support the purpose and vision that are important to the successful operation of Scope's values
Previous experience in leadership/management within the disability sector is required

You must have or be willing to obtain:
Full Victorian Driver’s Licence
NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance
Working with Children's Check (Employee)
Current Level 1 First Aid & CPR Certificate
Valid Australian Working Rights
International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years
