About your role
As the Head of People Business Partnering, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the people strategy of our organisation as it goes through large-scale transformation, ensuring alignment with our purpose, vision and values. In this influential senior leadership role, you will be leading a team of strategic business partners, while providing expert guidance to senior leaders to enhance performance, engagement and culture.
This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring a leader who can influence, challenge, and collaborate to embed best practices in people management. As a potential successor and 2iC to the Chief People Officer, you will have the opportunity to develop and refine your executive leadership skills while role-modelling dynamic and ethical leadership. You will champion change, innovation, and operational excellence in people practices, ensuring our workforce is equipped to meet the evolving needs of the sector now and well into the future.
