About Your Role
Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Business Application Support Officer to work within our ICT Department.
Main responsibilities include:
Provide a high level of quality support to business application users
Perform general system maintenance tasks
Provide assistance with major projects through collaboration
Develop and maintain service desk documentation
What We Look For
General understanding of enterprise applications including customer relationship/ workforce management tools
Competent in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to use initiative and think laterally to resolve issues
Ability to use your experience to map processes
Excellent communication and customer service skills
