Disability Support Worker – Warragul (Supported Independent Living)

We have 2 casual positions available at Warragul. You must be available to work sleepover (3pm-9am) and short shifts (6.30-9am, 6.30-10am and 6.30-10.30am)

Position Details:

• You’ll work with a range of customers with physical disabilities
• Provide person-centered support that empowers each client to express choice and independence in how they want to be supported in their day-to-day lives
• Assist clients with aspects of daily living needs in their homes and at times out in the community; including personal care, meals assistance, medications, and behaviour support
• Able to work independently and as a member of a team

We act bravely

To be successful in this role you must have or be willing to obtain:

• NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee)
• Current Level 1 First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years
