About Your Role

  • Work collaboratively and constructively with colleagues, fostering positive working relationships across all teams and levels of the organisation.
  • Identify and assess issues, interpret information effectively, and take appropriate actions to ensure rosters meet operational, regulatory, and client needs.

What We Look For

  • Experience working within Community and/or Not-for-Profit organisations, with specific knowledge of SIL and STAA services under the NDIS.
  • Demonstrated ability to ensure systems, governance, structures, and processes are in place to deliver safe, high-quality support.
  • Proven capacity to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines.
