About Your Role
Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Workforce Insights Specialist to work within our People Division.
In this role, you will work with stakeholders to develop and deliver Human Resources (HR) reporting and analytics solutions to support decision-making in service of empowering our clients and our people to belong and thrive.
Your Key Focus
Support the collection of HR data and the design and development of reports, dashboards and analytics solutions
Analyse the environment to identify workforce trends, risks and opportunities for Scope
Work collaboratively, think critically and apply your analytical and problem-solving mindset to continue to improve how we harness HR data and insights
What We Look For
Demonstrated understanding of the employee lifecycle and the HR systems, architectures, policies and/or practices that underpin it
Proven experience in HR data extraction, analysis and visualisation
Strong skills in Excel and MS Power Platform
Ability to proactively and positively engage and collaborate with stakeholders
Experience in complex research and consulting is advantageous
Knowledge (or ability to quickly acquire) of the disability services sector

Casual positions available at our SIL home in Warragul. You must be available to work sleepover (3pm-9am) and short shifts (6.30-9am, 6.30-10am and 6.30-10.30am).
