In this unique role, you will be the Executive Assistant to two executives - the Chief Quality, Safeguarding and Practice Officer (CQSPO) and Chief Strategy Impact Officer (CSIO).
You will be at the heart of Scope’s executive operations, providing top-tier support to ensure a seamless and effective flow of leadership activities. This role isn’t just about managing schedules – it’s about being a proactive, trusted partner who anticipates needs, streamlines processes, and contributes to the culture of Scope’s executive team.
You’ll work within a vibrant Community of Practice of Executive Assistants, sharing best practices and driving improvements that enhance executive support across the organisation.
Your Key Focus
Scheduling and coordinating meetings
Preparing and distributing agendas
Maintaining records and documentation of meetings
Ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures
Monitoring inboxes for incoming requests from regulators
Proactive management of Executive calendars
Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information
Handling travel arrangements and itinerary managements
What We Look For
Experience with monitoring, preparing and submitting papers for Executive / Management and Board Committees using Monday.com or equivalent
Ability to prioritise and work efficiently in supporting two Executives
Demonstrated experience with complex diary management, drafting internal communications and event coordination
Experience working in a large, diverse and geographically dispersed organisation
Exemplary levels of professionalism and judgement with ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills

Casual positions available at our SIL home in Warragul. You must be available to work sleepover (3pm-9am) and short shifts (6.30-9am, 6.30-10am and 6.30-10.30am).
