About Your Role

Scope has multiple exciting and unique opportunity for Workforce Schedulers to work within our Workforce Management Team.

Vacant Positions:

2x Full time permanent
2x Full time fixed term (Secondment)

Reporting to the Workforce Scheduling Team Leader, you will work closely with relevant stakeholders to effectively manage day-to-day operational rosters, including planning for leave and filing of shifts.

Your Key Focus

  • Convert master rosters into accurate, efficient, and compliant operational schedules, resolving or escalating issues as needed.
  • Drive proactive shift-filling processes and promote advanced leave planning to maintain service continuity.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver effective workforce solutions.
  • Keep precise records, monitor attendance, and provide insights and reports on workforce trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Use critical thinking to identify and implement innovative solutions that enhance workforce management practices.
  • Manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment while ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes.

What We Look For

  • Experience in developing and maintaining rosters
  • Strong ability to engage and partner with stakeholders
  • Experience and knowledge within the Disability sector
  • Ability to analyse and problem-solve to resolve conflicts and/ competing expectations
