Your Role

As a Senior Speech Pathologist based in Glenroy VIC, you’ll provide expert clinical leadership and deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy services. Your focus will include dysphagia management, clinic-based service development, and supporting adolescents and adults with disabilities to achieve their goals.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver advanced Speech Pathology interventions in swallowing and communication.
  • Drive innovation in clinic-based service models.
  • Provide specialist consultation for complex cases.
  • Mentor junior therapists and supervise students.
  • Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology.
  • Membership eligibility with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Expertise in dysphagia and mealtime management.
  • Experience in evidence-based interventions for communication and swallowing.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
