Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), social connections, lifestyle options, therapy and employment services in over 420 service locations across Victoria and NSW.

About your role:

This role shapes, governs and realises Scope’s client service agenda, collectively with Scope’s Operations Leaders. It supports Scope’s Workforce Scheduling function and programs to deliver operationally and financially viable rosters and to mobilise our operations workforce to empower our clients to belong, thrive and live their dreams, now and into the future; sustainably.

Your key focus:

  • Scheduling and Shift Filling – Ensure that the service delivery teams adhere to the shift filling process, towards cost-efficient staffing and deployment strategies. 
  • Service Leadership – Use data-driven approach and adhere to consistent and efficient cadences of work within the workforce scheduling team to deliver service excellence for operational stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement and Change Management – Support continuous improvement strategies relating to workforce activities that streamline processes, enhance engagement, and improve retention, ensuring these initiatives are simple, effective, and scalable.

What we look for: 

  • Availability to work weekdays is essential with some weekend work required. Office hours are 7am-7pm Mon-Fri, Sat-Sun 9am-5pm.
  • Experience in a rostering position using a roster management system is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication with an ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders.
  • The ability to role model flexibility, agility, and resilience in leading complex service/s and/or programs.
  • Contribute to creating clarity in a complex, dynamic, and ambiguous environment through your focus, rigour and collaborative approach.
