About Your Role

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Head of Quality Systems & Improvement to join our Quality, Safeguarding and Practice division. In this high-level senior role, you will lead the development, implementation, and enhancement of our quality operating systems.

Reporting to the Chief Quality, Safeguarding and Practice Officer, you will lead a dynamic team, collaborating across divisions in NSW and Victoria, to ensure our services meet and exceed sector standards. By embedding a systems lens into feedback, incident and complaints management and client feedback, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement and contribute to Scope’s mission of delivering empowering, safe, and high-quality client services. Your responsibilities will range from co-design and implementation of quality management systems to managing strategic risks, playing a pivotal role in shaping Scope’s future.

What We Look For

We seek a senior leader experienced in managing complex reforms and change. You should excel in collaboration, ethical decision-making, and operationalising key initiatives. You demonstrate a systems approach to identification of learnings arising from investigations and have knowledge of LEAN processes. Your expertise in implementation and development of quality operating systems will be highly valuable.

A Bachelor's degree in Health, Disability, Business (or an equivalent field) is crucial for quickly adapting to the sector and effectively implementing quality management systems, frameworks, practices, and governance. Ideally, this should be complemented by further studies in business administration, health administration, or a related field.
