The Role:

Reporting to the People Manager, People Business Partnering, you’ll provide high‑impact, strategic People advice and coaching to General Managers and Heads of Function.

This is a senior, advisory role focused on strategy, insight and influence not frontline case management. You’ll partner closely with leaders to shape people solutions that support organisational goals and improve client and employee experiences.

You will use your extensive knowledge and experience along-side your data driven insights to advise, coach and make recommendations to senior leaders on a broad range of People areas and help turn strategy into action.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Act as a credible, trusted advisor and thoughtful challenger to senior leaders bringing clarity and perspective
  • Coach leaders to proactively identify workforce needs and address people challenges
  • Co‑design people strategies that strengthen engagement, retention and ultimately improve client outcomes
  • Lead and support change and transformation initiatives including structural reviews and role design with care and discipline
  • Facilitate workforce planning, leadership alignment and capability‑building workshops that help leaders think systemically and act decisively
  • Contribute meaningfully to People Function strategy, projects and continuous improvement agenda
  • Collaborate closely with People Advisory and People & Performance teams to deliver cohesive end-to-end people solutions

What You’ll Bring

  • A tertiary qualification in HR or a related field (preferred), with extensive experience in an HR generalist role
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation, EAs, Modern Awards and NDIS compliance
  • Proven ability to influence, coach and build trusted relationships with senior leaders
  • Ability to advise leaders on workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate complex and ambiguous environments
  • Passion for inclusive leadership, diversity, and belonging

What We Offer You

In addition to meaningful, purpose‑led work, you’ll enjoy:

  • Sector‑comparable remuneration
  • Salary packaging up to $15,900 per year
  • Free onsite and accessible parking
  • A safe, inclusive and values‑driven environment
  • The opportunity to make a genuine difference every single day
