About Your Role

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Service Transition Manager to work within our Employment Programs division.

In this leadership role, you will guide a team responsible for supporting clients as they move into Scope services, ensuring every transition is well planned, compliant, and centred around the individual’s needs and goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and supporting a team to deliver high-quality client onboarding and transition outcomes
  • Engaging closely with clients and their support networks to understand their needs and ensure a positive entry into services 
  • Overseeing the coordination of service commencement, ensuring alignment with funding, compliance and organisational requirements 
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to enable seamless service delivery
  • Contributing to strategies that strengthen client acquisition, onboarding and retention practices
  • Supporting business development initiatives by identifying opportunities for service growth and market responsiveness 
  • Providing guidance, coaching and development support to build capability within the team
  • Ensuring all activities align with quality, safeguarding and risk management frameworks

Your Key Focus

This role requires a strategic and people-focused leader who can balance operational delivery with continuous improvement and innovation.

You will bring:

  • A strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships across diverse stakeholders
  • Proven capability to lead teams and support others to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Confidence navigating complex environments and making informed, evidence-based decisions
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to contribute to business growth initiatives
  • A collaborative mindset with a focus on improving client and stakeholder experiences
  • Resilience, adaptability and a commitment to ethical and inclusive practices 

What We Look For

  • Experience in client relationship management, stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams to achieve outcomes
  • Experience contributing to or delivering business development or growth initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing or a related discipline (desirable) 
  • Experience in disability services or a related sector (desirable) 
  • Experience working in a not-for-profit environment (desirable)
