About Your Role
Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Senior Risk and Business Continuity Lead to work within our Strategy & Impact Division.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and operationalising both enterprise risk management and business continuity across Scope. As a senior member of the team, you will provide leadership and support to the Head of Risk, Compliance & Assurance, as well as developing and maintaining Scope’s business continuity framework, polices and plans.
Your Key Focus
Facilitate strategic and operational risk reviews, providing analysis and insights to inform decision-making
Work collaboratively with other functions across Scope to embed risk and continuity practices and support the uplift of organisational risk maturity
Integrate appetite and tolerance levels into risk assessments, workshops and reporting
Develop and deliver training, awareness programs and workshops to build organisational risk capability
What We Look For
Significant experience in risk management, with demonstrated ability to embed frameworks, facilitate risk reviews and uplift risk maturity across a large organisation
Proven ability to design and deliver training, workshops, and awareness programs to build risk capability and culture at all levels of an organisation.
Experience in the human services, disability and/ or community sector highly regarded
Practical experience in business continuity management, including business impact analysis (BIA), continuity planning, testing, and scenario exercises.
Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously, contributing as a senior member of the team.
Strong ability to engage with and positively influence stakeholders
