We’re seeking anĀ Enterprise Change ManagerĀ to lead the design, delivery and embedding of change initiatives that shape the future of our organisation and the communities we serve.

You’ll lead change strategy, design change narrative,Ā  embed best-practice frameworks, and build capability across the organisationĀ with a team of change managers — ensuring every change makes a meaningful impact.

šŸ’” The Opportunity

As the Enterprise Change Manager, you’ll provide strategic leadership and hands-on support across enterprise-wide change initiatives. Reporting to the Head of People Engagement, you will:

  • Drive adoption of new systems, processes, and cultural shifts that enhance client and employee experiences.
  • Establish and champion an enterprise-wide changeĀ narrative, changeĀ management framework, methodology, and toolkit tailored for a large human services workforce.
  • Build and coach a network of changeĀ managers,Ā championsĀ and leaders across Scope.
  • Synthesise insights and value realisation to inform strategic decisions.
  • Foster collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement across programs of work.

This role is ideal for a seasoned change professional who thrives in complex, people-centred environmentsĀ and can unite diverse stakeholders behind a shared vision for change.

You bring depth of experience in leading enterprise-wide transformationĀ and understand the nuances of driving change in large, values-based organisations. You’ll have:

  • Proven expertise in change management methodologiesĀ (e.g. PROSCI, PCI, CCMP).
  • Exceptional ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills to shape compelling change narratives.
  • ExperienceĀ leading change in human services organisations.
  • A coaching mindset and commitment to developing others in change capability.
