Scope’s Communication Inclusion Resource Centre (CIRC) is a nationally recognised leader in accessible communication and inclusion. For over 20 years, we’ve been empowering people with communication disability and/or low literacy by helping communities become more inclusive, connected and supportive.

We’re now looking for an exceptional Sales Manager to drive our next era of growth.

Reporting to the General Manager of CIRC, you will play a key role within the department and have accountability for ensuring provision of high-quality customer service, a responsive mindset to customer enquiries and leading sales growth.

🌟 Your Key Focus

In this leadership role, you’ll shape the customer experience, grow our reach across corporate, government and community sectors, and help ensure every person — regardless of communication ability — has a voice.

You’ll lead a motivated team, influence strategic direction, and build partnerships that create long‑lasting social impact.✔ Lead the growth of CIRC’s customer base across multiple sectors.

You will:

  • Lead the growth of CIRC’s customer base across multiple sectors
  • Convert enquiries into meaningful partnerships and increased revenue
  •  Build strong relationships with new customers and nurture long‑term opportunities
  •  Analyse market insights to identify new products, services and trends
  •  Drive improvements in customer journey and acquisition processes
  •  Collaborate across Scope to deliver innovative, evidence‑based solutions
  •  Coach and develop a growing sales team

🎯 What We Look For

  • Strong experience in leadership; including leading and/ or coaching others to deliver related services
  • Significant sales experience and demonstration of marked success in sales and growth
  • Demonstrated experience in optimising revenue generating opportunities
  • Operating in the disability services and/ or a related sector would be advantageous
  • A depth of demonstrated administrative, commercial and customer services experience
  • Considerable experience in engaging others and working collaboratively to act fast and decisively
