As our new Production Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the Site Manager to ensure the smooth, timely, and high‑quality delivery of services for a key client within our factory. This role is central to coordinating production activities, managing incoming and outgoing work, and supporting our team of supported employees with a disability to achieve their daily targets.

Please note: This is a full-time, on-site position, Monday to Friday

In addition, as a Production Coordinator you will:

  • Be the go-to person for daily production planning, organising and distributing tasks to ensure timelines are met and quality is maintained.
  • Ensure production is set up and running smoothly each day.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing work, ensuring everything is tracked, completed, and delivered in line with client expectations.
  • Act as a key contact point for client communication, handling updates, queries, and service adjustments in a professional and responsive manner.
  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer-facing operations role or within a warehouse environment.
  • Strong and clear communication
  • Full-time working rights
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • WWCC and NDISWC clearance
  • A positive and inclusive approach to supporting people with disabilities.
