Step into a people-focused Office Lead role where you’ll oversee the smooth day-to-day running of our Kingsgrove office and support our wider NSW locations. This role will focus more on office experience, operations, and team leadership rather than individual executive support.
You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, high performing workplace, leading our NSW reception team and ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for staff and visitors.
Reporting to the Regional General Manager (NSW), you’ll work closely with leaders, employees, the Victorian office team, and our Office Management community to maintain aligned, best-practice office operations.
This is a part-time role across five days, based in Kingsgrove, with flexibility to work across other NSW offices when needed.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a positive, professional staff and visitor experience
- Manage daily office operations, working with property and facilities teams
- Lead, coach and support a small reception team (2 team members)
- Step in for reception coverage when required
- Ensure consistency with Victorian office practices
- Support events, leadership visits, and internal activities
- Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks
- Proactively identify issues and implement solutions
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement and a positive team culture
About You
You’re a proactive and people-focused professional who enjoys creating great workplace experiences and leading others.
You bring:
- Experience in office coordination, administration, or workplace operations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Leadership or coaching experience with a supportive approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and sound judgement
- Experience supporting events, projects, or similar activities
- A commitment to inclusion, wellbeing, and team culture
- Experience in disability services is a bonus, not essential
