Step into a people-focused Office Lead role where you’ll champion the smooth and effective operation of our Kingsgrove office and support our wider NSW office locations. You’ll be at the heart of creating standout staff and visitor experience leading our NSW reception team and shaping a welcoming, high-performing office environment aligned with best practice.
Reporting to the Regional General Manager (NSW), this is a highly collaborative role where no two days look the same. You will work closely with leaders, employees, the Victorian office management team, and our EA & Office Management Community of Practice to support consistent and high‑quality service delivery across the organisation.
Enjoy the flexibility of a part-time role across five days, based at our Kingsgrove Support Office, with the freedom to also work from other NSW office locations when it suits or needed.
What You’ll Do
- Champion an excellent staff and visitor experience across the Kingsgrove office.
- Oversee day‑to‑day office operations, collaborating with property and facilities teams.
- Lead, coach and mentor a small, dedicated reception team (2 employees).
- Provide occasional reception coverage, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Align NSW office operations with Victorian office practices.
- Support regional events, Board and ELT site visits, and internal activities.
- Contribute to project administration and governance when required.
- Identify challenges before they arise and develop effective solutions.
- Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Scan the environment for risks and opportunities, supporting continuous improvement.
- Promote and role‑model adaptability, resilience and positive change.
About You
You are a natural relationship builder who thrives in dynamic environments. You bring strong administrative capability, a proactive mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
You will also bring:
- Experience providing high‑quality administrative and office coordination support.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to relate to people at all levels.
- Leadership or coaching experience, with an empathetic and supportive approach.
- Ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism, discretion and sound judgement.
- Experience in event coordination, project support or similar functions.
- A commitment to inclusion, wellbeing and creating a collaborative team culture.
- Experience in disability services or a related sector is advantageous but not essential.
