This is an opportunity for 4x casual Disability Support Workers to join our Supported Independent Living (SIL) home in The Ponds.

This role is best suited to Support Workers who:
- Proudly promote choice and control and show eagerness to participate in our clients’ day to day routines, goals, and interests.
- Are comfortable adhering too BIS/Care plans, and restrictive practices as directed by clinical teams and Site Managers.
- Are comfortable providing high physical support and personal care with dignity and respect.
- Demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering consistent, safe, person-centred support in complex or physically demanding environments.
- Thrive in encouraging capacity building, helping clients develop skills such as hygiene, safe relationships, domestic duties, using public transport, and community participation.
- Are highly competent in computer/ IT skills and report writing!
Some of our requirements:
We are aware there are quite a few compliance checks (listed below) for this role however, what’s important to us is that you have regular access to your own car and a P2 NSW Drivers License or higher and flexible availability across a 24/7 roster which may include, mornings, afternoons, and overnight shifts.
