About Your Role

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Workforce Mobilisation and Support Coordinator to work within our Business Performance Unit.

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate the mobilisation of Scope’s contingent workforce to address short‑term vacancies.
  • Support workforce performance, reliability and compliance across operational services.
  • Partner closely with workforce schedulers, frontline leaders and enabling teams.
  • Monitor day‑to‑day workforce activity and escalate risks or performance issues.
  • Contribute to safe, high‑quality service delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support workforce schedulers and service delivery teams to fill vacancies using a contingent workforce.
  • Monitor attendance, shift fulfilment and responsiveness, escalating performance issues where required.
  • Engage with contingent employees to support availability, expectations and compliance.
  • Follow established processes, maintain accurate records and support routine reporting.
  • Identify and raise operational or workforce performance improvement opportunities.

Your Key Focus

  • Supporting performance management within a high‑volume operational workforce.
  • Managing routine performance matters and escalating complex issues appropriately.
  • Using data and insights to identify performance trends, risks and gaps.
  • Building strong, collaborative relationships with operational stakeholders.
  • Working flexibly and effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

What We Look For

Skills, Experience, Qualifications

  • Experience in workforce coordination or high‑volume rostering, ideally in service delivery environments.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting workforce performance management, including attendance, reliability and compliance.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in performance‑focused conversations.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and apply practical problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience working with contingent, casual or geographically dispersed workforces (desirable).
