Position Details
About the Role
- You will support a diverse range of customers living with physical disabilities.
- Provide person-centred support that empowers each client to make choices and maintain independence in their daily lives.
- Assist clients with daily living activities both at home and in the community, including personal care, meal preparation and assistance, medication support, and behaviour support.
- Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and sleepover shifts across weekdays and weekends.
- Permanent part-time roster lines will range from approximately 25 to 45 hours per fortnight.

You must have or be willing to obtain:
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid and CPR
- VIC Driver’s licence
- International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years
