About The Role
Scope has an exciting opportunity for a People Business Partner to join the team for a 12 month fixed term contract. The role is full time or part time (flexible for the right person) working across our office in Hawthorn and services in Melbourne’s inner North East. This position will be responsible for:
Providing HR partnering/consulting to an operational client group
Providing ER/IR support and advice to people managers on industrial and employment matters
Coaching and guiding managers and business leaders through organisational change and managing performance or misconduct
Develop capability or people managers in navigating people matters
Lead and contribute to a range of projects and processes across the employment lifecycle
As Scope leads through significant change and transformation over the coming 18 months, collaboration and consultation will be a strong focus of this role.
About You
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a business partnering role with ER/IR focus within a service delivery workforce.
Proven experience in supporting change management and IR strategies to guide leaders through change.
Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills and experience.
Experience with the DSEAV or Disability Support is preferred but not essential.
