About your role:
Opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to manage a divisional portfolio, provide financial analysis of the divisions’ operations, and meet all divisional reporting requirements. The Finance Business Partner will be required to meet targets and expectations in the areas of Financial Sustainability & Growth.
Your key focus:
Tracking Divisional Revenue and Expenses by Service for actual v’s budget and liaising with stakeholders to rectify any discrepancies.
Producing accurate Divisional monthly and quarterly financial performance and exception reporting.
Providing reporting that measures service delivery outcomes against the contracted requirements of the customer.
Operationalising the pricing framework for costing service delivery.
Championing a culture of continuous improvement within the Shared Services and Divisional team
What we look for:
Tertiary qualifications in Finance (CA/CPA)
Experienced in working in a matrix managed environment
Demonstrated experience in finance business partnering or commercial accounting
Proficient in the use of large modular systems across finance/planning, such as TechOne. Software
Comfortable with working in an ambiguous environment that is experiencing rapid growth.
Excellent collaboration, influencing and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in partnership will all level managers and staff.
