We’re looking for a passionate ICT Service Technician to join our dynamic ICT team and help shape the digital experience across Scope. This is more than just a support role — it’s an opportunity to contribute to life-changing services that empower people with disability.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of a supportive, forward-thinking team, you’ll:

• Deliver responsive, people-focused ICT support across Scope sites.
• Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, mobile devices, networks, and other tech.
• Help staff use Microsoft 365 and digital tools effectively and securely.
• Maintain accurate ICT asset records and support the full technology lifecycle.
• Contribute to projects, system improvements, site rollouts, and documentation.
• Champion great user experiences — ensuring technology works for people, not the other way around.

What You Bring

You’re a natural problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys helping others succeed through technology. You have:

• Experience supporting Windows, iOS, and Android environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365.
• Skills in troubleshooting networks, hardware, and audiovisual equipment.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and ITIL processes.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Certificate IV in IT (or equivalent experience).
• A current driver’s licence and the ability to meet NDIS & WWCC requirements.
