Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), social connections, lifestyle options, therapy and employment services in over 420 service locations across Victoria and NSW.

About You
- You will support a diverse range of customers living with physical disabilities.
- Provide person-centred support that empowers each client to make choices and maintain independence in their daily lives.
- Assist clients with daily living activities both at home and in the community, including personal care, meal preparation and assistance, medication support, and behaviour support.
- Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including sleepover shifts (3:00pm to 9:00am), early morning shifts (6:30am to 10:30am) and weekends.

You must have or be willing to obtain:
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid and CPR
- VIC Driver’s licence
- International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years
