Hornsby is one of our more Robust Supported Independent Living (SIL) services, home to eight clients living within a large residence that includes personalised, self-contained units.
In this role, you will provide person-centred support to both male and female clients, with a primary focus on supporting male participants who experience complex mental health and display behaviours of concern. We welcome applications from experienced candidates who are confident in delivering psychosocial support, providing personal, high-care support, and building meaningful rapport.

This role is suited to people who:
- Proudly promote choice and control and show eagerness to participate in our clients’ day to day routines, goals, and interests.
- Are comfortable adhering too BIS/Care plans, and restrictive practices as directed by clinical teams and Site Managers.
- Provide personal and high-care with dignity and respect.
- Demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering consistent, safe, person-centred support in complex or physically demanding environments.
- Thrive in encouraging capacity building, helping clients develop skills such as hygiene, safe relationships, domestic duties, using public transport, and community participation.
- Are highly competent in computer/ IT skills and report writing!
Some of our requirements:
Must have regular access to your own car and a P2 NSW Drivers License or higher and flexible availability across a 24/7 roster which will include, mornings (6-10, 6-11, 6-12, 6-2pm), split shifts, afternoons (2-8, 2-10, 3-10, 4-10, and active nights (10-6am)
